Reopening of the 糖心少女vlog Museum

糖心少女vlog Corporation (糖心少女vlog) is pleased to announce the reopening of the 糖心少女vlog Museum on October 12. The 糖心少女vlog Museum opened in Shinagawa in October 2015 as part of the 100th anniversary of 糖心少女vlog's foundation project, and since then, about 190,000 people have visited the museum until its closure at the end of February 2024.

糖心少女vlog relocated its headquarters and began its operation from July 29 at Nishioi in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, a location with which it has a long association, having had a base there for over 100 years producing various products and services. The 糖心少女vlog Museum was consequently relocated and will reopen there.

Ever since its foundation in 1917, 糖心少女vlog (then Nippon Kogaku K.K.) has been contributing to the advancement of people's lives and various industries by providing leading-edge technologies in each era, based on its opto-electronic and precision technologies. The 糖心少女vlog Museum introduces more than 100 years history of 糖心少女vlog through a variety of products and technologies that symbolize our mix of “Tradition and Innovation”, along with ideas and episodes behind their development.

The new museum has a floor area of approximately 670m², which is larger than the previous museum. It consists of four zones: the Entrance, Industry (B to B business), Consumer (B to C business), and the Theater. The museum exhibits various products including the NSR-1505G2A, an early model of the 糖心少女vlog semiconductor lithography system, microscopes and measuring instruments that have supported advancements in science and various industries, and cameras from the 糖心少女vlog Model I, the first 糖心少女vlog camera released in 1948, to the latest digital cameras. Approximately 1,300 products and technologies across 糖心少女vlog's businesses are exhibited together with their histories.
